چکیده

The Choquet integral is one of the most sophisticated and expressive preference models used in decision theory for multicriteria decision making. It performs a weighted aggregation of criterion values using a capacity function assigning a weight to any coalition of criteria, thus enabling positive and/or negative interactions among criteria and covering an important range of possible decision behaviors. However, the specification of the capacity involves many parameters which raises challenging questions, both in terms of elicitation burden and guarantee on the quality of the final recommendation. In this paper, we investigate the incremental elicitation of the capacity through a sequence of preference queries selected one-byone using a minimax regret strategy so as to progressively reduce the set of possible capacities until a decision can be made. We propose a new approach designed to efficiently compute minimax regret for the Choquet model. Numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the practical efficiency of our approach.

Generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher generalized Shapley Choquet integral operators for multicriteria decision making

The interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) which is an extension of the Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy set is a powerful tool for modeling real life decision making problems. In this paper, we propose the emph{generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher generalized Shapley Choquet integral} (GIVIFHGSCI) and the emph{interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher general...

Une approche constructive de la décision multicritère A constructive approach to multicriteria decision making

and key words After a general introduction on multicriteria decision aid, we briefly present the two main approaches (outranking methods, multi-attribute utility). Then we focus on the multi-attribute utility framework, which we build in a new perspective, based on the MACBETH methodology and the notion of capacity. We show that the Choquet integral appears as a natural tool for aggregating cri...

Entropy of bi - capacities ⋆ Ivan

In the context of multicriteria decision making whose aggregation process is based on the Choquet integral, bi-capacities can be regarded as a natural extension of capacities when the underlying evaluation scale is bipolar. The notion of entropy, recently generalized to capacities to measure their uniformity, is now extended to bi-capacities. We show that the resulting entropy measure has a ver...

Non-additive Robust Ordinal Regression with Choquet integral, Bipolar and Level Dependent Choquet integrals

Choquet integral has proved to be an effective aggregation model in multiple criteria decision analysis when interactions between criteria have to be taken into consideration. Recently, some generalizations of Choquet integral have been proposed to take into account more complex forms of interaction. This is the case of the bipolar Choquet integral and of the level dependent Choquet integral. T...
